Returns & Exchanges
All products sold through our store are made-to-order using a Print-on-Demand production process.Because each item is produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for customer-related reasons, including but not limited to:
・Incorrect size selection
・Change of mind
・Ordering mistakes
・Personal preferences
However, in the following cases, we will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund if you contact us within 7 days of the product's arrival:
・The product has an initial defect.
・A printing error, damage, or soiling is confirmed.
・The product received differs from the order details.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you would like to report a defective product, please contact us with the following information:
・Order number
・Photos of the issue
・Date of delivery
・Details of the issue
After reviewing the information, we will resolve the matter through remanufacture, replacement, or a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
If the issue is caused by manufacturing defects or shipping damage, return/replacement costs will be covered by us.
Returns for customer-related reasons are generally not accepted.
Order Cancellation
Orders enter production shortly after purchase. Therefore, cancellations or order modifications may not be possible once the order has been confirmed.
International Shipping & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
