Frequently Asked Questions

Why does shipping take a few days?

Each item is printed and produced only after you order it — nothing is made in advance. This means a short production time before shipping, but it's also why we never end up with unsold stock going to waste.

Why do prices seem higher than mass-produced apparel?

We produce one item at a time instead of ordering in bulk. That means slightly higher production costs — but it also means no overproduction, no warehouse full of unsold stock, and every piece made only when it's wanted.

Will every item look exactly the same?

Because items are produced at facilities close to you, there can be very slight differences in print or fabric between production runs. We work with trusted printers to keep this variation minimal.

Why are size and color options limited?

We choose our blank products carefully for comfort and quality, but our range depends on what's available from our production partners — so sizing and color options may be more limited than a brand that manufactures its own fabric from scratch.

What's your return and exchange policy?

Since each item is made specifically for your order, we're unable to offer returns for reasons like a change of mind. We do offer exchanges or replacements for defects or sizing issues — see our [Returns Policy] for details.
