  1. Introduction
    This website is operated by Shop Name:VEXTANT / Company Name:Forestside Trade&Supply,LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VEXTANT. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
  2. Donation Policy
    As part of our commitment to animal welfare, we donate 5% of the sales from every purchase made on this website to animal protection organizations.
    Calculation: The donation amount is calculated based on the product sales price (excluding shipping and taxes).
    Recipient Organizations: Donations are made to reputable animal welfare organizations dedicated to the protection of pets and wildlife.
    Reporting: We will provide periodic updates on our donation activities via our blog or social media.
  3. Customs, Duties and Taxes (Cross-border E-commerce)
    Orders shipped outside of Japan may be subject to additional customs and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient (buyer).
  4. Print-on-Demand (POD) and Shipping
    Our products are made-to-order using Print-on-Demand (POD) services.
    Production Time: It typically takes 3 to 7 business days to create your custom product after your order is confirmed and before it is shipped.
    Shipping Status: Shipping estimates are for reference only and are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to the shipping carrier's circumstances or customs clearance procedures.
  5. Return and Refund Policy
    Due to the nature of made-to-order products, the following policies apply.
    No Returns for Buyer's Remorse: We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, personal preference (color/image), or change of mind.
    Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@vextant.jp within 7 days of delivery. Please include clear photos of the issue with your message. Once we have confirmed the defect, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.

    Law and JurisdictionGoverned by the laws of Japan with designated exclusive jurisdiction for disputes.
